We found that this material tares during the competition. We had never experienced this amount of taring with the older canvas style material in the past.

The material is nice and slick. It is think though, and pretty transparent. We were able to see tape and bumper colors through the fabric. And, you're not allowed to double up fabric, so we switched to another fabric.

The material is fine
But, we thought we were ordering the FIRST Robotics bumper material and this is not that. (AndyMark response: This is indeed FIRST Robotics bumper material, but it's slicker and thinner than the normal material.)
